Sales & Leasing Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Call potential buyers and sellers
  • Liaise with clients, accommodate their Sales and Rental requirements
  • Ensure good working relationship with owners, developers and clients
  • Regular contact with the Sales & Leasing Manager promptly reporting of any issues
  • Service buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords
  • List properties on internal/external websites
  • Follow up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available
  • Prepare adequate and complete supporting documentation for the Finance division
  • Conduct viewings
  • Negotiate offers and agree on sales contracts

Skills & Knowledge

  • Must possess excellent communication skills within English. Second language is an added advantage.
  • Strong background within either Real Estate (Sales or Leasing) or High Net worth Sales
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word and outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
  • Excels at operating in an fast pace, community environment
